HSA, since founding, is actively involved in the supply of tonnage to time charterers in the container and multipurpose market. The main focus thereby is set on the Far East, South East Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, Gulf, Australia, and Oceania region. The location of the Singapore office has been chosen due to its strategic position in the centre of the Asian markets.

HSA has established close relations with most major liner companies and feeder operators in the region and has vessels on time charter with many well known clients.

Due to this fact, HSA is also acting exclusively as broker for a number of charterers and owners in the Far East, such as the affiliated liner company Hartmann Asia Line. The commercially managed fleet consists of small to medium container- and multipurpose vessels.
